Jorie’s home was an absolute delight to stay at! It is a well cared-for home that was exceptionally clean and spacious with plenty of private outdoor space to enjoy as well. The location couldn’t have been better… with the beach and Adam’s Egg just across A1A, our mornings started off right every day. If you’re looking for a comfy and convenient place to call ‘home’ in Daytona Beach, this is where you want to be!

There are so many great things to say about our stay. The property is exactly like the pictures, various options for sleeping, and great for a family with kids or extra guests. The property was stocked with all the beach supplies you need, a grill, an outdoor patio with a fire pit, an abundance of board/card games, etc. to use, which we did because of some weather. The location of the property is directly across the beach, which is great. The interior of the property was so clean, neat, well maintained, and comfortable. Our family of 7 fit with room for 2-3 more comfortably. The host was so responsive, easy to reach, and very communicative. The host had all details concerning the property sent to us ahead of time and also included a book of the same and more inside the property, which was very useful. The host was also able to accommodate an earlier check-in, which was super helpful due to us arriving back from our cruise earlier in the morning. We would definitely book again!

Perfect little beach house! Loved everything about the place, it was very comfortable, and the decor just gives that good vacation feeling!

Jorie was a wonderful host, not only did she allow us to check in early, so also reached out and informed us we could check out a little later. Short drive from the strip and across the street from the beach was convenient as well. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We definitely will be staying here again!

The place was just as the pictures, she had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a quick meal. The house was clean, the host was very quick with response, I really enjoyed my stay, beach ⛱️ 3 minutes cross street. A safe place to stay. Had fun will visit again.
